At Bjorneby Auto Rebuild, you and your vehicle become known to the staff as individuals. As a family owned and operated business (unlike the big chain operations) they have a personal interest in getting the work done right the first time.
Bj Bjorneby and his wife, Anna, co-founded Bjorneby Auto Rebuild.
Bj works on insurance company, community and public relations. With nearly 50 years experience and a love of the trade, he is also the substitute technician in all departments. Bj’s wife, Anna, heads the Accounting Department, greets customers, manages payroll and supports the community through volunteer work. Patti, Bj and Anna’s daughter, is the General Manager of Bjorneby Auto Rebuild and has been involved in all phases of the family business since 1976. Michele Conard meets customer needs as she schedules repairs, confirms deductibles and arranges for rental cars.
Bjorneby Auto Rebuild began in a church basement in May of 1964. Hard work led them to a bigger space after the first year! From 1973 to early 2003, they were at S. 188th Street. You can now find them located at 22001 Pacific Highway South in Des Moines.
