3D Art in Precious Metals
Beautiful,
“one-of-a-kind” jewelry items have been the specialty of the house at
Federal Way Custom Jewelers for over 49 years. The store opened in 1955,
and today remains among the oldest continuously operating jewelry stores
in South King County.
Rene Criss, owner and
custom jewelry designer, and his wife and business partner, Lorraine
Meckley-Criss, (pictured here on their special day) delight
in seeing a piece of jewelry go from concept to precious reality.
Some customers
come to the store with a diagram, photo or description of a desired
piece. Others come to the store with a rare stone that they want set into
an exquisite work of art. Many come back again and again to develop new
pieces to celebrate special events.
In addition
to gorgeous custom work, the store also provides quality special occasion
jewelry made by well-known manufacturers such as
TrewTungstenT
wedding bands,
BenchmarkT
fine wedding rings and
Bellarri International Blue Topaz, Mosaic,
Multi-stone Ring and Smokey Quartz Collections.
