    Unusual Photos Sell

"A picture paints a thousand words" is true when selling property. Because home buyers frequently spend several hours shopping the Internet for property before contacting a real estate agent or driving about to look for property, it is important to provide them with the best possible online content including unique digital photos.

One local company goes above the rest to get unique photos. Established in 1995, Above the Rest Aerial Photography, Inc. uses an 18 foot blimp to lift their camera 10 to 500 feet above a property. Once there, they use remote control to get just the right angle for each photo. Then when these photos are placed on a website, they serve to persuade potential buyers to contact the seller’s representative.
