    A Successful Marketing Story

    A local contractor was ready to expand his business’ marketing strategy. He paid for design of a new logo, new business cards, truck signage and yard signs and a small ad in the local weekly newspaper.


     

    Notes from an Emerging "Foodie"

    A new goal has been bubbling up inside of me, a new idea, something extravagant and fun. It is a goal that will take my entire life to complete. I want to become a "foodie".

    A "foodie" is, "A person who has an ardent or refined interest in food; a gourmet.”" Many of those who find themselves in an older generation than mine may refer to this as a food connoisseur or aficionado.


     

    Making a Difference: Using Life Insurance to Provide a Large Charitable Donation

    Many of us share a dream of helping a nonprofit group we feel strongly about — our church, our alma mater, a cultural institution, an environmental group, a human rights crusade, or a medical or social service organization. We would love to do something that would help others, to make a significant contribution, but feel that only the rich can afford to make a sizable donation. Through the gifting of life insurance, an individual of moderate means can make a significant donation.

Zephyr Grill and Bar is one of the 11 new restaurants and they describe their food as “Aroused Americana”—a very accurate description!

    “What” you ask “is “Aroused Americana?”. Staff will tell you that it is American food that has been aroused or woken up with spice.
